Splash island opens at 8AM-6PM. We arrived early and had our breakfast at the parking area of the resort. Food and drinks are not allowed inside so we brought our own and put them in the van. I recommend you to do the same because food, drinks and other stuff inside the resort are quite expensive. Be practical! I think all the guests do the same thing.
Their ticket booths are well- organized. There are booths for walk-in guests, metrodeal or peeps who already have their vouchers/tix.
They're very strict when checking the bags. So, make sure that you do not have any snacks, food or bottled water inside except for babies' feeding bottles with milk or water.
White tents are for free, it is a first come first served basis. We decided to get one and put our valuables in the locker room. The resort is too big so we didn't want anyone to stay in the tent. We wanted to try all the attractions as a group. We did enjoy. :) That's very recommendable!
FYI
Tents are near the kiddie pool (Water wahoo)
First come first served basis (for the lockers, free tents, cabanas and other cottages)
*Airconditioned cabanas: 1,200 pesos
*Cottages: 1,000 pesos
The locker area has a CCTV, so it's safe. Resort staff are also available inside.
Make sure to bring an ID and cash for the locker registration.
Lockers with keys: 100 pesos
Box or big containers: 200 pesos (You can put small bags inside)
Each attraction has its schedule. Make sure to have a copy of it (I mean, take a photo of it) as well as the resort's map, for you to manage and maximize your time.

Park schedule Breakfast at the parking area (Use plastic gloves) |
*Water wahoo- Kids really enjoyed this pool as well as the adults. Kids ususally stay at the slides while adults stay at the shower-like area to relax and have an instant water massage.
*Agos grande- is a wave pool, I suggest that you stay at the left side of the pool to catch the huge waves. It was really fun. Take pictures!
*Balsa river- get some available donut floaters anywhere in the river. Let yourself flow while relaxing on top of your floater
*Magellan's drop- lines are quite long, so be patient. It's worth the wait
*Rio montanosa- max of 4 peeps each floater. You didn't have to carry them, less hassle.
*Boondocks- near the tents. It's a park- like area where children play
*Fiesta sa pulo- it's like a food court, where you can buy variety of food and drinks. I bought fruit shakes for 70 pesos (not bad! Just don't order the melon flavor. Mango forevs!)
*The Harbor- the beach side area, we stayed under a big tent for an hour to relax. Events happen there, I think
*Rest rooms- I'll give an 8 out of 10 for this, just because hihi
*Shower rooms- I'll give a 10 for this (I am easy to please, I know haha)
*Locker rooms- Staff are accommodating. There's an available CCTV, so all is good. No complaints
*Dampa- ihaw-ihaw area. We didn't try this because we have our own. I saw the price, it's a little expensive. 2BBQs with rice: 100 pesos, 1 inihaw na bangus with 3 cups of rice: 300+ pesos, Bottled water: 40 pesos (JUST BRING YOUR OWN FOOD & DRINKS)
*Food choices- they offer variety of food and drinks, not too expensive. I bought ice pops for 10 pesos each hihi
*Gift galleon- if you want to buy some souvenir, go there :)
*Car park area- 3 mins walk from the resort (with 50 pesos parking fee)
We left the resort at around 3PM and went to Nuvali.
Sightseeing, boating and fish feeding
Fish feeding for 20 pesos only |
Boating/ Sightseeing for 40 pesos each Maximum of 12 peeps in the boat |
